Clear ice is beautiful to look at, free of air & bubble impurities, and just heightens the overall cocktail experience.
All you need is a mold, water and a freezer, which most people have available in the kitchen. Keep in mind, you must follow the instructions properly to get crystal clear cubes! The best method is to put the whole tray or unit into a zip-lock bag and seal it closed to get the least bubbles in the cubes.
