Ingredients

1/2 oz - apple brandy
1 oz - gin

Directions

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

2. Appletini

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz - Smirnoff® Green Apple Twist vodka
1 oz - DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps

Directions

Stir ingredients together with crushed ice in a cocktail/martini glass, and serve.

3. Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients

1 oz - light rum
1 - cherry
2 oz - pineapple juice
1 oz - Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz - cream of coconut
1 slice - pineapple

Directions

Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with a slice of pineapple and cherry.

4. Blue Lagoon

Ingredients

1 oz - vodka
1 oz - Blue Curacao liqueur
- lemonade
1 - cherry

Directions

Pour vodka and curacao over ice in a highball glass. Fill with lemonade, top with the cherry, and serve.

5. Bronx Cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz - dry vermouth
1 oz - gin
juice of 1/4 - oranges
1 slice - orange

Directions

Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add orange slice and serve.

6. Bushwacker

Ingredients

4 oz - cream of coconut
2 oz - Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz - Bacardi® black rum
1 oz - dark creme de cacao
4 oz - milk

Directions

Combine ingredients with two cups of ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, and serve up in two 12 oz cups.

7. Cosmopolitan Cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz - vodka
1/2 oz - triple sec
1/2 oz - Rose's® lime juice
1/2 oz - cranberry juice

Directions

Shake vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve.

8. French 75

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz - gin
2 tsp - superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz - lemon juice
4 oz chilled - Champagne
1 slice - orange
1 - maraschino cherry

Directions

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, sugar, and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour into a collins glass. Top with the champagne. Stir well and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.

9. Fuzzy Navel

Ingredients

1 part - peach schnapps
1 part - orange juice
1 part - lemonade

Directions

Mix equal parts of each ingredient in a highball glass, top with ice, and serve.

10. Kahlua Mudslide

Ingredients

1/2 oz - vodka
1/2 oz - Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 oz - Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz - cream

Directions

Shake everything with ice. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

11. Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients

2 oz - vodka
1 oz - triple sec
2 oz - margarita mix
1 tsp - sugar
1 tbsp - lemon juice

Directions

Place the sugar and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Swirl the shaker around so that both ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Add ice cubes. Add the vodka, triple sec and margarita mix, and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add rimmers to make the drink look nice, if you have them.

12. Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients

1 part - vodka
1 part - tequila
1 part - rum
1 part - gin
1 part - triple sec
1 1/2 parts - sweet and sour mix
1 splash - Coca-Cola®

Directions

Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

13. Mai Tai

Ingredients

1 oz - light rum
1/2 oz - creme de almond
1/2 oz - triple sec
- sweet and sour mix
- pineapple juice
1/2 oz - Myer's® dark rum

Directions

Pour light rum, creme de almond and triple sec, in order, into a collins glass. Almost fill with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and pineapple juice. Add dark rum, a large straw, and serve unstirred.

14. Margarita Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz - tequila
1/2 oz premium - triple sec
1 oz - lime juice

Directions

Rum the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the glass, and serve.

15. Mojito

Ingredients

1.25 oz - Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
12 - mint
1 tbsp - sugar
0.5 oz - lime juice
2 oz - soda

Directions

Place mint leaves in bottom of glass. Add crushed ice, Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, sugar, and lime juice, and muddle. Add soda water and garnish with mint leaves.

16. Pina Colada

Ingredients

3 oz - light rum
3 tbsp - coconut cream
3 tbsp crushed - pineapples

Directions

Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time. Strain into a collins glass and serve with a straw.

17. Red Headed Slut

Ingredients

1 oz - peach schnapps
1 oz - Jagermeister® herbal liqueur
- Cranberry Juice

Directions

Mix ingredients into a shot glass, chill and serve.

18. Sangria Margarita

Ingredients

8 oz - tequila
12 oz - margarita mix
2 oz - Rose's® lime juice
3 oz - triple sec
3 - 5 oz - sangria

Directions

Pour the tequila, margarita mix, lime juice and triple sec into an average sized blender filled with crushed ice, and blend well. Dip rim of a 16-oz. margarita glass in the blender to wet, and apply salt if desired. Pour the blender mixture into the glass until 2/3 full, add the sangria, and serve.

19. Sea Breeze

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz - vodka
4 oz fresh - grapefruit juice
1 1/2 oz - cranberry juice

Directions

Pour vodka into an iced highball glass. Fill partially with grapefruit juice and top with cranberry juice. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

20. Sex on the Beach

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz - vodka
1/2 oz - peach schnapps
2 oz - cranberry juice
2 oz - orange juice

Directions

Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and orange juice, and stir.

21. Singapore Sling

Ingredients

1/2 oz - grenadine syrup
1 oz - gin
- sweet and sour mix
- club soda
1/2 oz - cherry brandy

Directions

Pour grenadine into the bottom of a collins glass, and fill with ice. Add gin, and almost-fill with equal parts of sweet and sour and chilled soda. Top with cherry brandy, and serve unstirred, garnished with a cherry.

22. Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

1/2 oz - strawberry schnapps
1 oz - light rum
1 oz - lime juice
1 tsp - powdered sugar
1 oz - strawberries

Directions

Add ingredients with a bit of ice in a blender. Blend and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish w/ strawberry.

23. Tequila Sunrise

Ingredients

2 msr - tequila
- orange juice
2 dashes - grenadine syrup

Directions

Pour tequila in a highball glass with ice, and top with orange juice. Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.

24. Toblerone

Ingredients

3 cl - Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
3 cl - Kahlua® coffee liqueur
3 cl - Bailey's® Irish cream
6 clfresh - cream
1 tbsp - honey

Directions

Blend with ice and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with chocolate flakes and optionally chocolate topping drizzled down the inside of the glass.

25. Hurricane

Ingredients

1 oz - vodka
1/4 oz - grenadine syrup
1 oz - gin
1 oz - light rum
1/2 oz - Bacardi® 151 rum
1 oz - amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz - triple sec
- grapefruit juice
- pineapple juice

Directions

Pour all but the juices, in order listed, into a hurricane glass three-quarters filled with ice. Fill with equal parts of grapefruit and pineapple juice, and serve.
