Jim named the drink after the relatively unknown barbecue legend,Jimmy Nutbuster. Jimmy Nutbuster is known as the "Meat Genius," but he does appreciate a good after dinner drink and we're sure he would approve of this recipe.
Thanks to the new drink and inspiration from Jimmy Nutbuster, Slaughterhouse Five went on to win the Reserve Grand Championship at the American Royal BBQ Championship later that day.
