The Light in the Piazza Recipe Ingredients

2 oz Absolut® Citron vodka
1 oz limoncello lemon liqueur
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 dash lemon juice
1 oz sparkling white wine
1 slice(thin) lemon

The Light in the Piazza Drink Recipe Instructions

Combine the vodka, limoncello and teaspoon of sugar, adding lemon juice, if desired, in a chilled cocktail shaker. Shake with ice until very cold. Strain into a sugar-rimmed glass and top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon slice. Yield: One cocktail.
